Where do my drafts and finished pieces live?
In your workspace's document library. Every artifact a run produces is saved and versioned — the newsletter you sent in March is still there, exactly as approved, in July.
Can I edit documents directly?
Yes. Documents have a proper editor, and edits create new versions rather than overwriting history.
Why does versioning matter?
Because 'what did we actually send?' is a question every business eventually asks. Versioned documents mean the answer is always one click away, with the approval trail attached.
